Abstract: Background-Acute respiratory infections (ARIs) contribute to major disease associated mortality and morbidity among children under 5 years of age. Methodology- This observational cross-sectional study was conducted among the under 5 children in slum population of Ghaziabad city through a house-to-house survey, using a pre-tested, semi-structured questionnaire with a sample size of 667 study participants.
