Study of Occurance of Gall Bladder Stones Among Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in a Teritiary Care Hospital

Abstract: Background: Diabetes could form cholesterol gallstones more frequently because of a reduced gallbladder contraction and increased biliary cholesterol secretion. A meta -analysis study suggested that there is a strong association between diabetes mellitus and the occurrence of gallstone disease.
