Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease with multi-system complications. Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) is an early stage of diabetic cardiomyopathy that can develop to heart failure.  It has no clinical symptoms and can be easily diagnosed with echocardiography.
