Study of Laser Peening on TiAl Alloy Properties with Different Parameters

Abstract: Laser peening is a novel surface treatment process that generates deep compressive residual stresses and microstructural changes and thereby dramatically improves fatigue strength of critical metal aircraft engine parts.
