Study of epidemiological risk of lung cancer in Mexico due indoor radon exposure

Abstract: Abstract. In this work the lifetime relative risks (LRR) of lung cancer due to exposure to indoor 222 Rn on the Mexican population is calculated. Cigarette smoking is the number one risk factor for lung cancer (LC), because that, to calculate the number of cases of LC due to exposure to 222 Rn is necessary considers the number of cases of LC for smoking cigarette.
