Study of Electrophysical Intrastratal Gasification at Different Coal Heating Rate

Abstract: Experimental instrumental multi-method research, electrophysical ihtrastratal gasification of antracite with further definition of quantitative syngas composition and its combustion heat design at different heating rates. It was stated that concentration of carbon dioxide СО2, hydrogen H2 decreases with heating rate increase in received syngas, and there is rise of carbon monoxide СО concentration. The results of the research showed that heating rate increase leads to a small rise of combustion heat as decreas… Show more

“…Technical and energy characteristics of three composite fuels have been determined experimentally [9][10]. Samples of 3B grade coal (Balakhtinskoe deposit, particle size less than 80 microns), fine sawdust and flour industry waste (particle size less than 200 microns) were mixed in different volume concentrations in a galvanized drum of Pulverisette 6 planetary mill with spherical grinding bodies with 5 mm diameter at required volume ratios.…”

“…Urgency of the problem of agro-industrial complex wastes recycling with the use of composite fuels is confirmed by numerous publications (for example, [8][9][10][11][12][13][14]), which give results of fuels properties study based on biomass and coals during combustion in power plants. But results of [8][9][10][11][12][13][14] are not the basis for consistencies analysis of composite fuels thermal decomposition processes with a change in the ratio of biomass and coal concentration.…”

“…But results of [8][9][10][11][12][13][14] are not the basis for consistencies analysis of composite fuels thermal decomposition processes with a change in the ratio of biomass and coal concentration. Analysis of composite fuels creation possibility with energy characteristics close to the initial coal and significantly better environmental parameters (close to biofuels) is of great interest.…”
