Study of earth’s changing polarity using compound difference synchronization

Abstract: Earth's polarity reversals have geophysical significance, effecting the life on the planet. Geophysical methods provide images of mantle structure and crust, gravity, seismic waves in order to study what's going on in the core. However, looking at the problem mathematically, we can get some insight into it. One possible way is to use the numerical modeling technique. Much advances have been made to model the dynamo process numerically. The Rikitake model (scaling drive system) is known to have a number of geo-… Show more

“…system. Many nonstandard chaotic systems have also been developed by researchers lately because of their growing application in secure communication (Khan et al, 2019), cryptosystems (Wong et al, 2005), steganography (Khan et al, 2014), image encryption (Wu et al, 2012), geosciences (Khan and Trikha, 2020), biological models (Baleanu et al, 2020b) (Inan et al, 2019), engineering problems (Baleanu et al, 2020c, 2020a), etc. In (Zhang and Zeng, 2019), a jerk-like system was developed by Zhang and Zeng which had no equilibrium points.…”

“…In fact, fractional calculus is seen as the future of mathematical modeling. Fractional calculus with its better hereditary properties is used to model various biological models such as the prey-predator model [1] and the human liver [2], engineering models such as harmonic oscillators [3] and thermostats [4], geophysical models such as Earth's dynamo [5], and so on. Fractional computations have attracted researchers worldwide in dynamical systems such as the Chua circuit, the Duffing system, and the logistic system.…”
