Study of Dynamic Poverty in East Java : Is Human Capital the Most Appropriate Way in Reducing Poverty?

Abstract: Dynamic poverty analysis distinguishes two kind of poverty: chronic and  transient poverty. Chronic poverty is long term poverty while transient poverty is  short term poverty.
