Abstract:To enhance the properties of Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) crystals, it has been doped with simplest amino acid, Glycine. ADP with Glycine dopant and Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) crystals have been grown by slow conventional, rotation and SR methods and subjected to dielectric characteristics.
