Study of carbon nano-modifier of fly ash in cement concrete mixtures of civil engineering

Abstract: Modern materials science has faced the problem of reducing the cost of raw materials and labor costs while obtaining basic construction materials (cement concrete) with increased performance properties. The article aims to substantiate the use of carbon nanotubes of fly ash as a cement concrete modifier to be reasonable for solving the above problem. Experimental studies are carried out using standard and special methods. The technological properties of cement concrete mixtures are determined in accordance wit… Show more

“…There are two main problems of using this technology. The first problem is the use of mineral materials with high total surface activity (reactivity), which exceeds the permissible value [13]. The other one is the use of bitumen emulsions on bitumen, which do not provide the required rate of gain of the cohesive strength of the laid cast mixture.…”

“…The used ash had a mixed chemical composition, as indicated in Table 1, after the combustion of anthracite and coal. These ashes have less active hydraulics than high-calcium ashes, their chemical and grain compositions are relatively more stable and uniform, and they do not adversely affect cement soundness [14]. Studies on the shrinkage of ash concrete showed that the introduction of ash reduces volumetric changes in concrete, and so the shrinkage of ash concrete (30% ash content) was 10%-20% lower than the control and did not depend on the quality of the concrete.…”

“…In the synthesis of a complex system of multi‐purpose cadastre formation, an aggregation procedure is implemented, which involves combining elements into groups taking into account the hierarchy of the system of indicators to analyze their impact on the integral features of the system. By the nature of development, a system has been selected that has the ability to develop and respond to a limited set of external factors (Bieliatynskyi et al, 2022c).…”
