Study Influence of Plastic Deformation a New Extra Low Carbon Stainless Steels XCr17Ni7MoTiN under the Surface Finish when Drilling

Abstract: The basic hypothesis of this article focuses on the study changes in mechanical properties of stainless steels XCr17Ni7MoTiN under surface finish when drilling. The problem of drilling holes with diameter D=10 mm resides in the fact that 30 to 40% of these holes do not comply with prescribed requested requirements. This article presents the results of experiments focusing on the study of the damage process in helical drills with diameter d=10.0 mm when drilling into austenitic stainless steel XCr17Ni7MoTiN. “…Thus, there is a contradiction between the need for the development of integrated models that allow for the analysis of dynamic evolutionary processes occurring at the interval of the product lifecycle management (PLM) [1,16,18] of sophisticated products, and the insufficiency of the existing regulatory and methodological support for the synthesis of such models in order to manage these processes. The solution to this problem is proposed to be sought in the creation and use of logical system-wide evolutionary models that must take into account the dynamic, parametric, economic, energy and operational processes occurring in each particular complex technical system [5,10,12]. The methodology of informational support of a complex interconnected processes of the lifecycle (LC) system is suggested in the work, which allows to manage the organizational structure of multifunctional and multi-element technical and software components, as well as operational personnel to ensure consistency of the work sequence results at the stages of designing, manufacturing and daily operation.…”

“…Durdan et al [5] implemented various annealing procedures to alter material properties, Piechocki et al [19] controlled properties of oligoethers by using radiation, Macala et al [11] and Pandova et al [18] reported on ways of reduction of harmful substances. Jurko et al [6,7,8] studied mechanical deformation of materials during processing and operation, Valicek et al [21] developed method of the deformation evaluation. Cacko & Krenicky [4] and Panda et al [13,14,15,17] analyzed thermal and tribotechnical characteristics of mechanically exposed parts in order to determine their operating status and durability.…”

“…Wide application of polymeric materials based on polyurethanes is due to the unique combination of high strength properties and elasticity, oil and gas resistance, strike and vibration resistance [1,2]. The relevance of modern technologies [6,7,8,9] is primarily determined by ecological factors -polyurethanes of block structure (block-polyurethanes) provide a unique set of properties and, at the same time, they are also suitable for recycling, are recycled by waste-free technology on high-speed automated equipment, including 3D prototyping methods [17,18]. In addition, block-polyurethanes based on oligoethers have increased hydrolytic resistance, frost resistance, more resistant to microorganisms, and therefore are of particular interest.…”
