Study in the Modeling Methods of Multi-Batch Experiment Data and Technology of Error Correction

Abstract: This paper analyzed accuracy calibrating methods of multi-batch experiment data with system errors which can not be removed and gave the accuracy assessment parameters of mathematical models. Besides, according to the features of experiment data, this paper presented “median of vertical intercept modeling method” which was used on the accuracy assessment of eddy current sensor, comparing with the traditional modeling method, to obtain optimized mathematical models.
