Studio Di Alcuni Particolari Equilibri Biologici in Relazione Al Problema Della Cancerogenesi

Abstract

Basing on the opinion that all biological phenomena, and therefore carcinogenesis too, may be analyzed by biological investigations, a first trial of researches carried out with these principles is presented. After having largely analyzed the possible extension of laws and techniques of the experimental biology to the carcinogenesis, it is concluded that the fundamental laws of the biological equilibria may be applied to the equilibrium established between normal tissues and neoformated cell elements. This opinion is furtherly confirmed by the experiments and by the matematical analysis of the results.
