Studies on the Thermodenaturation Behavior of Bacillus subtilisα‐Amylase on Chromatographic Media

Abstract: The thermodenaturation behavior of Bacillus subtilis α-amylase on some chromatographic media was studied by determining their adsorption parameters with frontal analysis.
