Abstract:In the present investigation, attempts were made to evaluate different substrate quantities to get higherbiological efficiency. Two strains of oyster mushroom (PL-19-05 and PL-19-06) were cultivated by usingdifferent quantities of wheat straw (2 kg, 3 kg, 4 kg and 5 kg).
