Studies on Fd Fragments of Human Immunoglobulins

Abstract: Earlier studies on antisera against Fab of pooled human IgG and IgA myeloma proteins disclosed the presence of class-specific Fd antibodies, the demonstration of which required interaction of heavy and light chains.
