Studien über Benzthiazole als eventuelle orale Antidiabetica

Abstract

Es wurden neue Vertreter der Benzthiazolyl‐harnstoffe, Benzthiazolylaminoessigsäureamide, Benzthiazolyl‐thioessigsäureamide, Benzimidazolyl‐thioessigsäureamide und Benzthiazolylsulfonyl‐harnstoffe synthetisiert. Keine der hergestellten Verbindungen war genügend hypoglykämisch, um eine eingehende Prüfung zu rechtfertigen.
