Therefore, some faculty members have incorporated job interviewing skills and other business foundational skills into the curriculum (Browning & Cunningham, 2012; Hollandsworth, Dressel, & Stevens, 1977; Joyce, 2008), such as résumés and cover letter writing (Randazzo, 2012).
