The study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Influence of Information System Success to understand how users respond to the technology used for teaching and learning. The study intends to look at the relationship between the Information System Success model and Theory of Planned Behavior variables on utilizing the Zoom application by elementary education teachers, as well as how teachers’ satisfaction and intention to use technology affect the usage of technology. The primary approach for gathering data involved distributing the Influence of Information System Success model and Theory of Planned Behavior theories questionnaire survey to teachers in elementary education. A total of 219 elementary school teachers in Saudi Arabia who prepared for their online classes participated in the survey for this research. According to the study’s findings, behavioral intentions for using Zoom for educational purposes and user satisfaction have a strong positive association. Additionally, there is a strong association between other variables and users’ intention to use and satisfaction with the product (i.e., perceived technology fit, educational system quality, information quality, attitude towards using Zoom in elementary education, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm). The findings also show that data points are favorably connected with the teachers’ satisfaction and intention for using the Zoom factors of the Information System Success model and Theory of Planned Behavior theories, despite the fact that there is no connection between both the attitudes towards utilizing Zoom and the behavioral intention to use Zoom for teaching elementary education students.

This study aims to determine the factors influencing Gen Z members in Indonesia using P2P lending applications. This study extended TAM by collaborating with important constructs, such as trust, perceived risk, and hedonic motivation, to explain Generation Z’s intention to use P2P lending applications. This study utilized an online survey to acquire data. The total sample size was 305 users of P2P lending applications from Generation Z. The obtained data were then analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that perceived usefulness has no effect on the intention to use P2P lending applications. Meanwhile, trust mediates the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on intention to use P2P lending applications. The results show that Generation Z's intention to use P2P lending applications is influenced by technological sophistication factors, the belief that P2P lending applications guarantee their privacy concerns and security risks, and the existence of pleasant experiences.

E- learning was introduced to tertiary education during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Therefore, the study aimed to investigate the opportunities and challenges faced by undergraduates in state universities in Colombo District in relation to e-learning. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the main theoretical framework and the qualitative approach was applied through interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Data were collected from all state universities in Colombo district using purposive sampling. The results showed that the majority of undergraduates have a positive attitude towards e- learning. Because e-learning is timesaving, convenient and cost-saving during the pandemic and socio-economic issues in the country such as fuel issues, power cuts etc. On the other hand, the undergraduates faced some challenges in e- learning such as a lack of ICT tools and equipment, connectivity issues, the cost of data, background noises, a lack of interaction with peers and teachers, health issues such as eye issues, anxiety etc. The results showed that the challenges of e-learning mainly occur due to the issues connected to ICTs. Therefore, the responsible authorities should take proper measures to provide adequate ICT infrastructure and resources for students to have a convenient and flexible e- learning system. In this context, it is also important that the state universities make the arrangements to have flexible learning for undergraduates. Therefore, hybrid learning allows undergraduates to attend traditional face to face sessions while also attending online classes, reducing transport issues, expenses, optimizing ICT infrastructure and resource utilization.
