The study on the adoption of mobile learning in university education reveals a growing interest in mobile technologies to improve the learning process; both the acceptance and rejection of these tools among students have been analyzed. However, there are gaps in the research that require a deeper exploration of the factors that influence the adoption and use of these technologies. Understanding these aspects is crucial to optimize mobile learning strategies and improve the educational experience in the university setting. The objective is to examine research trends regarding the topic. PRISMA-2020 is used in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The results show the questionnaires as the main collection instruments; geographical contexts show that it has been researched predominantly in Asia; The studies have focused on university students; the most applied theories are TAM and UTAUT; and latent variables such as behavioral intention and attitude. The conclusions summarize the trends and patterns observed in the reviewed literature, as well as the research gaps identified, providing a solid foundation for future research and highlighting the importance of addressing this issue in the current context of digital education. The systematic review identifies key models and factors in the adoption of mobile learning in university settings, revealing both theoretical and practical implications. Furthermore, this text provides practical guidance for selecting effective data collection tools and making informed educational and policy decisions. However, it acknowledges limitations such as potential publication and language bias in the search process.

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of integrating the main skills of 21 st century learning model which are communication and collaboration for developing the main ideas, and organising the ideas into a few paragraphs to write a narrative essay using an online learning platform via mobile device. Henceforth, a narrative writing module was predominantly created to carry out this study which is known as 4C's to WRITE module. This research used a case study which incorporated a mixed-method research design. The sample of this study consisted of the Form 4 students in a national secondary school in Butterworth, Penang. Ihe study involved 30 students as a sample of this study. In the process of data collection, the researcher used pre-test, post-test, participant observation, and document analysis. This study found that there was an improvement in students' narrative writing skills from the post-test. The outcomes from participant observation and document analysis by using a few common themes revealed that students were able to progress in identifying the main ideas and organising the ideas into a few paragraphs. Therefore, it could be concluded that using communication and collaboration skills via technologies significantly affect students' narrative writing skills.

The digitalization process has been increasing rapidly worldwide today. There is various technologies developed and continue developing tremendously in the world, such as mobile payment systems. Such type of emerging technologies has made a very significant transformation in people lives everywhere. Technologies such as mobile devices facilitate people to finish their work in less time and effort required usually. That is why, these innovations and advancements in technologies led people to be more inclined toward their use. Furthermore, in the current scenario, mobile payments have become an integral part of the daily lives of people due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) disease on society. The presence of mobile payment systems can be considered for years, but the use of mobile payment systems has increased in the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is the core basis of this research paper. However, the user's acceptance of mobile payment systems is still low due to some pros and cons of this technology which are examined in this paper by applying a hybrid machine learning model. We collected primary data through Google Form from the institute in the Meerut region and other sources from India with a total of 222 respondents. In this study, the data is processed and applied on to the machine learning models. Data analysis and findings of the research showed that the proposed ensemble of classifier algorithms outperforms other exiting machine models in terms of accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score. The research and findings will help the organizations have a clear and correct analysis of the scenario of the adoption of mobile payments in India and also design better mobile payment systems to curb the situation like the COVID-19 pandemic.
