Abstract: S2Materials. Yeast extract, tryptone, and isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) were purchased from DOT Scientific. 4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid (HEPES), glycerol, and imidazole, were purchased from Fisher Scientific.
