Structure of tris(.mu.-3,5-diphenylpyrazolato-N,N')tricopper(I). Structural comparisons with the silver(I) and gold(I) pyrazolate trimers

Abstract: Tris(M-3,5-diphenylpyrazolato-7V,7V9tricopper(I) was synthesized from CuCl and sodium 3,5-diphenylpyrazolate in the presence of 1 molar equiv of AgNQ3 and was characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis: triclinic, Pi (No. 2), a = 13.036 (2) Á, b = 14.610 (2) A, c = 11.674 (2) A, a = 101.53 (1)°, ß = 107.23 (1)°, = 100.07 (1)°, V= 2014.5 (6) A3, Z = 2.
