“…Исследуемые покрытия Ti-Al-Mo-N и Ti-Al-Mo-Ni-N наносились методом ионно-плазменного вакуумно-дугового осаждения (arc-PVD) на подложки из твердого сплава (мас.%): 94WC + + 6Co, прошедшие предварительную газоабразивную обработку. Напыление осуществлялось в атмосфере азота (P(N 2 ) = 0,5 Па) на установке ионно-плазменного вакуумно-дугового осаждения, оснащенной сепараторами капельной фазы в условиях, аналогичных представленным в работе [12].
