Abstract:Polysaccharides are the main nutritional constituents in the Armillaria mellea fruiting bodies. The structure and immunoactivity of Armillaria mellea polysaccharide are valuable to be determined for development. In the present study, two polysaccharides, including Armillaria mellea neutral polysaccharide (AMPN) and Armillaria mellea acidic polysaccharide (AMPA), were prepared and determined.
