“…It can be found that the MSD curves increase obviously above 400 K, which indicates that the disordered structure that is constituted with neighbour atoms can translate to crystal because of the enough motion ability of atoms. [26] The self-diffusion coefficients (SDC) of Cu and Au in Cu 3 Au amorphous at different temperature have been calculated and shown in Figure 4(e). It can be found that the SDC values are very close to zero when temperatures are lower than 400 K. Therefore, the glass transition temperature can be considered to be in the range of 300-400 K. When the isothermal temperature is in the range of 400-850 K, the first part of MSD curve elevates rapidly because the structure conversion including nuclei and growth can realise through the migration of Cu and Au atoms.…”
