Structure and Properties of Combined Systems Based on Butadiene–Acrylonitrile and Ethylene–Propylene Terpolymer Elastomers

Abstract: Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubbers (BNK) possess good service characteristics and are often used as generalpurpose rubbers. Vulcanisates based on butadieneacrylonitrile rubbers are characterised by high oil and petrol resistance and increased strength and abrasion resistance, which increase with increasing content of acrylonitrile in the initial rubber [1]. A serious shortcoming of vulcanisates based on BNK is their unsatisfactory weather and ozone resistance.
