Structure and Optical Properties of (Co41Fe39B20)x(SiO2)1–x Nanocomposites

Abstract: The ellipsometric parameters Δ and Ψ for amorphous ferromagnetic alloys in the dielectric matrix, (Co41Fe39B20) (SiO2)1− , have been measured in the spectral interval = 0.24÷1.0 m (ℎ = 1.24÷5.15 eV) at various-values. On the basis of the data obtained, the spectral dependences of the optical conductivity, (ℎ), in those nanocomposites are studied.
