Structure analysis of nanoparticle catalysts by environmental transmission electron microscopy

Abstract: The usefulness of in-situ environmental transmission electron microscopy (ETEM) in the field of material science and technology is demonstrated. As applications of ETEM, we show the structural analysis of the nanoparticles catalysts during the Fe-catalyzed growth of carbon nanotubes and the nanoparticle catalysts that were working at the actual catalytic environment.
