Structure Analysis, Antioxidant Activity, Anti‐Aging, and Organ Protective Effects of Pholiota adiposa Residue Polysaccharides

Abstract: The structure analysis, antioxidant activity in vitro, and organ repair evaluation of Pholiota adiposa residue polysaccharides (PRP) on d‐galactose‐induced aging mice in this work are carried out. The structural results show that PRP contains β glycoside bonded pyranose and is mainly composed of mannose glucose and galactose.
