Abstract: CHEMPLUSCHEM FULL PAPERS Scheme 1. Preparation of DPM esters 3 and 6. Reaction conditions: 1) DPDAM, dry CH 2 Cl 2 , RT; 2) KOH/EtOH. Scheme 2. Synthesis of test compounds 20-25. Reaction conditions: 1) dry pyridine, dry toluene, RT; 2) CF 3 COOH (25 equiv), dry anisole, dry CH 2 Cl 2 ; 3) 25% NH 3 (aq), methanol.
