“…Although the unit cell parameters found in literature vary depending on the specific synthesis' thermal conditions used 15,17,31,32 , our results fit in the reported range of values. Recent articles studying the phase transition in sol-gel process 20,34 have obtained a cubic dominant structure just after the gel calcination, which tends to disappear later at higher temperatures. With treatments in the range of 350 °C or 400 °C, the cubic-to-tetragonal phase transition starts, and the tetragonal phase is completely dominant when the CuFe 2 O 4 is processed at or above 800 °C.…”

“…All of these results are in good agreement with those from the LD particle size analysis and have been already observed in above-mentioned works. 13,15,22,23 Therefore, number percentage distributions can be understood as a representation of the size of the formed particles, whereas the volume percentage distribution gives information about the sintering process between the previously formed nanoparticles.…”

“…For this reason, different researchers have recently used this method in their work. For instance, López-Ramón et al 22 and Zhuravlev et al 23 showed the formation of both phases, tetragonal and cubic, depending on the synthesis conditions. The report from Masunga et al 27 is a good summary of the work previously done in this field.…”

“…Further, soft ferrites include high resistivity, low cost, temperature stability, low loss, and high permeability [39][40][41][42]. The most significant soft ferrites are ZnCu ferrites with high permeability and saturation magnetization [43][44][45][46][47][48][49]. Properties of these nanomaterials can be modified by substitution of diamagnetic or Ferrites -Synthesis and Applications paramagnetic cations and their distribution in the spinel structure which alters the grain sizes, distribution, and surface morphology.…”
