Structural, optical and electrical properties of Sb2Te3 films prepared by pulsed laser deposition

Abstract: Delineating travel patterns and city structure has long been a core research topic in transport geography. Different from the physical structure, the city structure beneath the complex travel-flow system shows the inherent connection patterns within the city. On the basis of massive taxi trip data of Shanghai, we built spatially-embedded networks to model the intra-city spatial interactions and introduced network science methods into the issue. The community detection method is applied to reveal sub-regional s… Show more

“…On the contrary, the XRD pattern for the annealed sample corresponds very well to a Sb 2 Te 3 rhombohedral, crystalline structure. The (00l) planes are preferentially oriented parallel to the surface in accordance with previous results [15,17,18]. The peak appearing at 22.9 degrees is attributed either to an hexagonal Te structure [19] or to a weak presence of TeO 2 in the thin film layer [20].…”

“…These results are in very good accordance with previous crystallographic studies of the Sb 2 Te 3 material. 21,[24][25][26] The difference of the peak amplitudes is attributed to the different annealing surfaces. In the case of oven annealing the whole sample surface was annealed, while in the case of laser annealing a surface area of approximately 1 cm 2 was crystallized.…”

“…The XRD peaks obtained belong to the rhombohedral crystalline structure R m with 00l preferred orientation of the Sb 2 Te 3 material, in accordance with the results previously obtained by our group and other scientific groups. 17,16,[27][28][29][30][31] In the case of the 7 nm thick layers and for lower film thicknesses no peaks appeared during the XRD studies. These films are though well crystallized (see Figure S1 in Supporting information for the 7 nm thick layer).…”
