Dielectric and Magnetic Study of NiCuZn Spinel Ferrites

“…The dielectric constant decreases at higher frequencies as the dipoles cannot capture the frequency of applied electric field. 3 Tanδ is observed due to phase difference between applied field and electric displacement vector. At lower frequencies, the large value of tanδ is due to space charge-polarization but the frequency of applied field changes so rapidly at higher frequencies that no diffusion of charges occurs in the direction of applied field and hence charge accumulation decreases and results in decrease in the value of tanδ.…”
