Basic features of dislocations in quasiperiodic solid state structures (quasicrystals, grain boundaries in quasicrystals, quasiperiodic boundaries in crystals) are discussed. So, low-energy dislocation configurations in quasicrystals are considered which result from splitting of perfect dislocations. Basic geometric characteristics of grain boundary dislocations in quasiperiodic boundary crystals and quasicrystals are discussed.
