Structural Features of DNA Interaction with Amino Acid Conjugated Daunorubicin Derivatives

Abstract: The DNA sequence preferences of nucleosomes can be captured in a probabilistic model that ascribes a probability or, equivalently, an energy to any 147-bp sequence.
