Background and Purpose: Nurse's work performance is the result of work effort achieved by a nurse in the process of carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given and determined by ability, experience and sincerity as well as time owned. The purpose of this article is to find out how far the nurses work performance in hospitals has been researched and published around the world over the last ten years. Researchers also want to know the description of the scope of research related to the nurses' work performance in hospitals. Materials and research methods is quantitative research by analysing bibliographic data using the VOSviewer program. Bibliographical data about the nurses' work performance was searched through Scopus (www.scopus.com) and processed with the VOSviewer program. Results of 270 publications with articles related to the nurses work performance in hospitals over the previous 10 years were found in the search results. The most in the United States.
