“…The conductivity pattern obeys Jonscher power law. According to it when a mobile charge carrier jumps to a new position from the old site, it continues in a state of oscillation between two potential energy minima [33]. Figure 7a presents the frequency dependent real part of the modulus spectrum at various temperatures (250-450°C).…”

“…This fitting is done by taking three pairs of Z ′ and Z ″ data as (x 1, y 1 ), (x 2 , y 2 ), and (x 3 , y 3 ) and computing the center, radius, and the intercept on the real axis. The values of these three pairs of Z ′ and Z ″ data are taken many times to find the best fit of the semicircle . We have calculated the depression angle at three different temperatures (350, 400, and 450 °C), and it was observed that value of depression angle decreases with the increase in temperature.…”

“…The presence of frequency peaks on semicircles can be explained on the basis of following equation 2π • f max • τ = 1, where τ is the mean relaxation time. The non-Debye condition can also be clearly detected and is characterized with presence of imperfect semicircular arcs [17,18]. Figure 3 shows the complex impedance spectra (Nyquist plot), at various temperatures (300-350°C), of the sintered PGaZT-2 sample.…”
