Abstract:Ten novel transition-metal-based coordination polymers were hydrothermally synthesized using metal salts (M = Co(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II)) with the primary ligand 4-aminonaphthalene-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (H 2 anda) as well as auxiliary ligands (phen: 1,10-phenanthroline; 2,2′-bipy: 2,2′-bipyridine; 4,4′-bipy: 4,4′-bipyridine; bpa: bis(4-pyridyl)amine, dpe: 1,2di(4-pyridyl)ethylene or py: pyridine).
