Abstract: Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) is a critical component in B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling and is also expressed in haematogenic and innate immune cells. Inhibition of BTK hyperactivity is implicated in B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases.
