Abstract:Background:To enhance the stress resistance of Lactobacillus plantarum M616, various wall materials including 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, sorbitol, soybean oil, phospholipids, and enzymatically hydrolyzed soy protein were employed to prepare microcapsule powder.
