Structural changes of polysaccharides isolated from corn bran by hydrothermal treatment after twin-screw extrusion

Abstract: The objective of this investigation was to elucidate the structural changes of the polysaccharides isolated by hydrothermal treatment of corn bran after twin-screw extrusion.
