Structural Behaviour of Joint Between Steel Beam and Concrete Encased Steel Composite Column

Abstract: This paper is a study on the behaviour of a composite joint between a steel beam and a concrete encased steel composite column, where the steel beam is connected to a steel column by a fin‐plate connection and the steel column and joint are subsequently encased by reinforced concrete to form a composite column.
