“…In the spectra of the well‐soluble fluorinated complexes [Re(NPhF)(L Se )Cl(PPh 3 )] and [Re(NPhCF 3 )(L Se )Cl(PPh 3 )], the 77 Se resonances are observed as doublets at 360 ppm ( 2 J Se,P = 22 Hz) and 395 ppm ( 2 J Se,P = 24 Hz). The coupling constants are within the magnitude of couplings, which have previously been observed for mixed selenolato/phosphine complexes of platinum , . The 125 Te NMR spectra show signals with a 2 J Te,P coupling of 50–60 Hz, which is also in accord with the situation in similar Pt(II) compounds .…”

“…The 31 P{ 1 H} and 125 Te{ 1 H} NMR peaks of palladium complex 1 , (δ 51.3 and 238 ppm) are deshielded with respect to the platinum analogue 2 , (δ 47.3 and 142 ppm). The 31 P chemical shifts are very close to the analogous complexes of phenyl tellurolates, [Pd(TePh) 2 (dppe)] (δ 48.2 ppm) and [Pt(TePh) 2 (dppe)] (δ 46.8 ppm) . Whereas the 125 Te NMR shifts are shielded in comparison to the complexes [Pd(TePh) 2 (dppe)] (δ 297 ppm) and [Pt(TePh) 2 (dppe)] (δ 177 ppm).…”

“…The 77 Se{ 1 H} NMR spectra showed a doublet due to coupling with a 31 P nucleus of the phosphine trans to the selenolate ligand. The magnitude of 2 J( 77 See 31 P) is typical of palladium and platinum complexes bearing phosphine ligands [18,53,54]. The 31 P NMR spectra of palladium complexes displayed single resonances while the resonances for platinum complexes were flanked by 195 Pt satellites.…”
