El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre la toma de decisiones en la gestión del talento humano deportivo y el crecimiento económico endógeno. Se ha utiliza una metodología con enfoque positivista a partir del análisis cuantitativo mediante herramientas bibliométricas como el Prisma, co-ocurrencia de citaciones, índice H, coautorías y análisis factorial, entre otros. Además, se realizó un análisis cualitativo para identificar los hilos conductores y las relaciones entre las categorías de investigación, lo que permitió desarrollar un modelo de relaciones conceptuales. Para lograr esta relación, se expusieron inicialmente los elementos conceptuales individuales de cada categoría y se identificaron los puntos de cruce que contribuyen a la gestión del talento humano. Como conclusión principal, se encontró que la gestión del talento humano es esencial en la gestión estratégica organizacional, y requiere la toma de decisiones en áreas como reclutamiento, selección, capacitación, remuneración y desarrollo de competencias de los trabajadores. Estas decisiones, relacionadas con el talento humano o cliente interno, son complejas y actualmente se enfocan en dimensiones como la resiliencia y la reducción del estrés laboral, entre otras estrategias. En conclusión, este estudio destaca la importancia de la gestión del talento humano deportivo en el contexto del crecimiento económico endógeno y resalta la necesidad de tomar decisiones estratégicas en este ámbito para el éxito organizacional. Los clústeres obtenidos representan diferentes dimensiones y enfoques del crecimiento económico endógeno, abarcando aspectos ambientales, sociales, tecnológicos y locales. Al considerar estos aspectos en conjunto, se busca comprender y promover un crecimiento económico sostenible y basado en recursos internos. También se demuestra la necesidad de mejorar esta relación en Colombia. Palabras claves: Toma de decisiones, talento deportivo, crecimiento económico endógeno, Talento Colombia Abstract. This paper aims to analyze the relationship between decision-making in the management of sports human talent and endogenous economic growth. A positivist approach was used, employing quantitative analysis methodologies such as bibliometric tools like PRISMA, citation co-occurrence, H-index, co-authorship, and factorial analysis, among others. Additionally, qualitative analysis was conducted to identify the main threads and relationships between research categories, which allowed the development of a conceptual relationship model. To establish this relationship, the individual conceptual elements of each category were initially presented, and the points of intersection that contribute to human talent management were identified. As a main conclusion, it was found that human talent management is essential in organizational strategic management and requires decision-making in areas such as recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and skill development of employees. These decisions, related to human talent or internal customers, are complex and currently focus on dimensions such as resilience and stress reduction in the workplace, among other strategies. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of sports human talent management in the context of endogenous economic growth and emphasizes the need for strategic decision-making in this field for organizational success. The obtained clusters represent different dimensions and approaches to endogenous economic growth, encompassing environmental, social, technological, and local aspects. By considering these aspects together, the aim is to understand and promote sustainable economic growth based on internal resources. China strives to become a leading sports nation. Through implemented policies and programs, Chinese children and adolescents have shown notable advancements and improvements in their engagement in physical activity in recent years, indicating an overall positive trend. However, some indicators exhibit a concerning “inversion phenomenon”. This study utilizes data from three surveys conducted between 2016 and 2022 by the Active Healthy Kids Global Alliance. By comparing current ratings with those from 2016 and 2018, both cross-sectionally and longitudinally, significant obstacles in promoting physical activity and health among Chinese children and adolescents are revealed, with persistently low scores. The 2022 Global Matrix 4.0 report ranks Chinese children and adolescents 53rd out of 57 surveyed countries, with an overall average physical activity score of D. Similarly, the average score for sources of influence ranks at 53rd. Consequently, the establishment of an integrated school, family, and social sports promotion mechanism, led by the government, becomes an imperative prerequisite for enhancing the levels of physical activity and overall health among children and adolescents.
