Stronger together: Supporting Generation Z college students through relational‐cultural therapy

Abstract: Generation Z college students present with specific characteristics, learning styles, and interpersonal needs. Since March of 2020, these students have endured sociocultural stressors of COVID-19, publicized racial injustices, and a contentious presidential election. This article examines this and how college counselors' use of relational-cultural therapy can lead to collective healing.
