Stress: Herzfrequenzvariabilität als Beanspruchungsparameter

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Physische und psychische Belastungen treffen bei verschiedenen Menschen auf unterschiedliche individuelle Eigenschaften und F?higkeiten. Als Reaktion einer ?ber-beanspruchung k?nnen kurzfristige Stressreaktionen, aber auch langfristige Stressfolgen resultieren. Eine Beurteilung der jeweiligen Beanspruchung ist mit der Messung der Herzfrequenzvariabilit?t m?glich. Die Messergebnisse geben Aufschluss ?ber das Zusammenspiel von Sympathikus und Parasympathikus.
