Stress dimensions, patterns of coping, and psychopathological risk among nurses: a person-centred approach

Abstract: Background Nurses are increasingly demanded to achieve gold-standards of care with fewer resources. Dealing effectively with stress experienced in their daily-work-life is thus crucial.
