Stress among employees in psychiatric nursing

Abstract: Uvod: Na področju psihiatrije so pogosto prisotne različne stresne situacije in osebe, ki obravnavajo paciente z duševnimi motnjami, so zato bolj podvržene stresu. Stresne situacije potencira tudi slabo znanje o terapevtski komunikaciji. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti prisotnost stresa med člani negovalnega tima.
