Streptobacillus canis sp. nov. isolated from a dog

Abstract: The GenBank/ENA/DDBJ accession numbers for the gene sequences of 16S rRNA, gyrB, groEL and recA as well as for the complete genome sequence of strain IHIT1603-19 T are MN636430, MN736717-MN736719 as well as WOEI00000000 (BioSample SAMN13381658; BioProject PRJNA591425), respectively.
