Strengthening sense of coherence: Evidence from a physical activity intervention targeting vulnerable adults

Abstract: Highlights Sense of coherence (SOC) was stronger after a physical activity intervention. Adults’ SOC may be strengthened, particularly when SOC is initially low. SOC may be an alternative success indicator for physical activity interventions.
